The main bedroom (double bed 180mx200m) has an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a 1.80m x 2.00m bed, which could be separated, the bathroom is opposite.
The beds are Boxspring beds, with a memory foam topper and cold foam. They are some of the best beds on the market. All rooms have access to the terrace and the private garden.

The terrace is very spacious and covered, it has a large table for 6 people, 2 sun loungers and a sofa with 2 armchairs with a small table.

All our clients are provided with bed linen and bath towels for their stay and for a small extra we provide beach towels.

The apartment has fiber optics.

From the entire terrace you have stunning views of the sea and Gibraltar.

The Community area has three swimming pools and a children’s pool.

It is located on the Istán road between Km 6 and 7 in a very quiet area with 3 community pools, ideal for a couple or a family. But at the same time, just 12 minutes away, you can be in Puerto Banús and the supermarket is 8 minutes away.
